320 days from when I first lodged the claim until the day the money will be in the bank. 2 rejections from CL and 2 days off my last appeal with AAT. I was told a month ago I had been approved but only just now had it all confirmed. Dont ever give up. If I had simply put in a new claim, I would have not received the back pay…it was well and truly worth it. Keep on fighting if you really believe you’re entitled to it.
