If you would like additional support with your DSP claim, we offer a private one-on-one guidance service to help you understand the process and gather the strongest possible medical evidence for your claim.
Your initial screening assessment is free. If you choose to continue, our fee is $60 per hour, charged in hourly increments. Most clients require 1–2 hours of support (approximately $60–$120 in total). More complex cases may require additional time.
For self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants, we can provide an invoice for payment or a receipt for reimbursement. Limited pro bono assistance may also be available for people experiencing severe financial hardship.
