For those who are struggling to navigate the process and either need or would like additional support and guidance we are able to offer a one-on-one private service, to personally guide you through the process and assist you to gather the best possible evidence for your claim. Our initial screening assessment is free, and if you wish to continue with our services our fee structure is $50ph, paid in hourly increments, with the average overall cost being between $50 – $100 total for most cases. Those with multiple complex conditions or those that require significant support may cost more. For NDIS recipients that are self or plan-managed, I can provide an invoice for payment or a receipt for reimbursement.

 As part of our services we read all your current/historical evidence, provide feedback, and guidance along with carefully constructed medical reports for your doctors to fill out if required. We are unable to directly assist with the completion of claim forms or your application but can support you through the process.

This service is provided exclusively via email for efficiency and effectiveness, but if a phone call is necessary we can arrange that also.
